物理化學性質(zhì)：稱取本品45g，加入蒸餾水或去離子水1 L，攪拌加熱煮沸至*溶解，分裝三角瓶，115℃高壓滅菌15min。Suspend 45g in 1 L of distilled or deionized water.Heat with frequent agitation and boil to compley dissolve the powder.Distribute into flasks.Autoclave at 115℃ for 15 minutes.
主要用途：用于腸道菌的增菌培養(yǎng)。For c*ting and enriching Enterobacteriaceae.
操作與貯存：旋緊瓶蓋，貯存于避光、陰涼干燥處。Keep container tightly closed,store in a cool,dry place,away from bright light.
